Also, our success is therefore underpinned by the way we attract, develop and engage with our people as well as the culture and values that shape the way we work and how our colleagues carry out their roles.
While many elements of the values remain relevant to our business strategy today, we felt that they could better reflect the standards we expect from our staff and the commitments we make to our stakeholders.

Where incidents are reported or the conduct of our staff falls short of our values and standards, we always treat them with the utmost gravity. Additionally, we report any failures to the relevant authorities and also learn from any breaches of policy or standards and adapt out practices to prevent the reoccurring in the future.
